If you see the 'Unable to login' message pop up, make sure to click on Details

The Details will let you, if your account it locked out. 

An account lockout can only be reset by an administrator. You may contact your school administrator, or you are welcome to reach out to us here for assistance. Kindly know that an account gets locked out if you attempt to log in with an incorrect password 7 times. Click here for steps on how to reset your password. 


A locked account will be unlocked automatically after 3 hours.
